HOMES FOR HOPE
Homes For Hope is a residential community hub that provides accommodation, jobs and educational facilities for the homeless and low income renters. Providing the homeless with the basic necessities they require in order to lead a healthy mental and physical lifestyle and prevent them from ending up back on the streets.

It includes three types of residential homes as permanent living accommodation as well as bunk style homes as temporary accommodation for the homeless.
​
Homes for Hope aims to create an all encompassing residential hub that enhances their living experience as well as ensuring it is affordable and easily maintainable lifestyle for everyone.

Everyone deserves to have a place to call home, what that means is up to you.

RESIDENTIAL TYPES
HOUSE TYPE A
Type A accommodation has been designed with students and or single people in mind. It includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom and en suite bathroom.
​
Homes for Hope residential sector wants to provide a luxurious aesthetic at a lower cost, Although each house comes decorated there is still space for personal touches.
HOUSE TYPE B
Type B accommodation is a replica in layout to Type A. However, Homes for Hope like to be inclusive to everyone, therefore this housing type is designed with less able people in mind.

The rooms included are a kitchen, living room, bedroom and disabled accessible bathroom as well.
​
Keeping to the same aesthetics of that luxurious feel, nothing changes here, all finishes have been though through with the users kept in mind.
HOUSE TYPE C
Type C accommodation is the larger of all three. It is designed with young couples, single parent families or people that just want a bit more space.

The rooms included are a kitchen, living room, toilet and bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed included.
​
Again all rooms are decorated with the same furnishings however, personal touches can be added at the users pleasure.
CAFE
Homes for Hope cafe is located at the James Cond Building, Â Birmingham.
Homes For Hope cafe welcomes you into its’ sophisticated yet welcoming space. Ether it is coming in for a coffee, catching up with friends or just wanting some down time. Homes for Hope cafe can cater for each individuals needs.Â
With its simple yet modern aesthetic, it will be the go to place for a catch up with friend or a place to just be alone. Its’ luxurious aesthetic will almost make you feel like you in a fancy cafe in Central London.
COMMUNAL NOOK
The Nook is part of the residential community hub created within the site. It provides an outdoor environment indoors. Saves you getting wet in the rain with this British weather.
The environment created by the nook is calm and peaceful but also welcoming and just an overall place to have some fun too. It has bench and lampposts to give that outdoor atmosphere. As well as plenty of artificial grass to use as you wish.
However, it is only accessible to residents that stay at Homes for Hope, but no worries visitors are welcomed.
FOOD COURT
The food court, located on the first floor is home to some of the best food market available. IT is hosted by off site vendors as well as people who live within Homes for Hope looking to share their creativity through food.
Not only is it mainly about the food, it is another space to socialise and hang out with friends and family at any time. It has a casual but luxurious atmosphere that makes it the must eat at place.
Food is made on site with the kitchen facilities provided, there is also an indoor garden and green grocers to get those extra secret ingredients when required.
